The Still app and its original content (excluding Bible verses which are in the public domain), features, and functionality are owned by Still and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. The King James Version Bible text used in the app is in the public domain.

While Still primarily provides content to users, any user-generated content (such as feedback or reviews) must not contain offensive, inappropriate, or illegal material. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.
Still is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that:

In no event shall Still, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the app.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Still and its licensors from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the app or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to Still immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
