Frequently Asked Questions

How do I start my free trial?

Download Still from the App Store and create an account. You'll automatically get a 7-day free trial of Still Pro. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime.

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, go to Settings → Subscriptions on your iPhone, select Still, and tap "Cancel Subscription." You'll continue to have access until the end of your billing period.

Can I use Still on multiple devices?

Yes! Your Still Pro subscription works across all your iOS devices signed in with the same Apple ID. Simply download the app and sign in with your account.

How do I restore my purchase?

Open Still, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases." This will restore your subscription if you've already purchased it on another device or after reinstalling the app.

Why won't the audio pause from the lock screen?

Make sure you're using the latest version of Still. The lock screen controls should pause both the verse audio and background music. If you're still having issues, try restarting the app or your device.

Can I download verses for offline use?

Yes! Still Pro subscribers can download verses for offline listening. Simply tap the download icon next to any verse in your library.

What Bible translation do you use?

Still uses the King James Version (KJV) for all Bible verses. We chose KJV for its beautiful, poetic language and public domain status.

Will you add more verses?

Absolutely! We're constantly adding new verses to the library. If you have a specific verse you'd like to see added, please contact us at support@stillapp.com.

Is Still available on Android?

Not yet, but we're working on it! Still is currently available on iOS only. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we launch on Android.

How do I change between day and night themes?

Go to Settings in the app and toggle between Day Mode and Night Mode. Day Mode features a calming blue gradient, while Night Mode has a beautiful starfield background.
